This is a big step. A major one.

★★★★★ “The chains that bind us are forged not of iron, but of falsehood. It is truth alone that shatters these shackles and sets the spirit free. We are adrift in a sea of self-spun illusions, where the very notion of reality bends to the whims of individual desire. This delusion, this fevered dream of ‘creating one’s own truth,’ spreads like a contagion, blurring the lines between right and wrong, real and imagined. The hour is late, and the malady is grave. Only a guiding light, a divine hand, can steer us back from the precipice of utter madness. Let us be clear: will does not conjure reality, nor does belief transmute fantasy into fact. You cannot simply be whomever you fancy, nor can you mold others into the figments of your imagination – be they villains conjured from malice or benefactors woven from longing. To falsely accuse, to fabricate lives and loves where none exist, this is not mere folly, but a darkness that has crept into our world in recent years. The clamor of false victimhood has poisoned minds, leading many down paths of delusion, where truth is sacrificed at the altar of self-deception. They have strayed so far from the shores of reality, these weavers of tales, their minds intoxicated by the power of their own narratives. Justice is twisted, and innocence is stained by the shadows of their lies. But hear this: the universe is not blind. Deceit has its price, and fraud will be repaid. The truth will surface; the liars will be exposed. As it is written, ‘A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will not go free.’ (Prov 19:5)”

This will be a longer post, so I invite you to slow down, settle in, and take your time with it. Some may find parts of it heavy or less dramatic than the headlines—it covers the core themes of the formal complaints we’ve submitted and our request for investigation. But for anyone who has felt lost, confused, or unsure about what truly happened, this post matters.
If you’re still in the dark, this is the post that will help you catch up quickly and clearly on what was done to Robert Sylvester Kelly and the private legal battle we have been fighting behind the scenes.
And for those who have stood with me through this journey over the last six years, I hope this moment brings a sense of relief. A pause to breathe. A clearer picture of the very real civil and legal battles Robert and I have been forced to confront—often in silence, often alone.
This post does not cover everything. It can’t. The full scope of the corruption and coordinated wrongdoing will be addressed in other ways, in other spaces. What this post does explain is what led to Robert being falsely accused, charged, and ultimately convicted—the foundation of it all.
Read it when you’re ready. This is about truth, clarity, and finally being heard.
This is long overdue. I needed time to get the stories right, to truly wrap my head around everything. The last thing I ever wanted was to make a false statement or to share claims about a conspiracy that were untrue, exaggerated, or undocumented. That mattered to me deeply. Everything stated here is supported by evidence—evidence that can be provided when required.
So let me explain why we are requesting investigations at the federal and official levels.
Most people don’t truly understand what a real conspiracy is. There’s a common belief that conspiracies only exist inside large criminal organizations, but that simply isn’t true. In legal terms, these kinds of coordinated efforts are often referred to as RICO—a term many people now recognize because of what Robert was charged with.

What most people don’t know is that Kim Foxx joined forces with equally malevolent actors in New York to manufacture charges against Robert at a time when they had nothing but stories. No evidence—just narratives. And the goal was clear from the beginning: to get Robert by any means necessary. To some people, a story becomes a fact the moment it’s spoken—especially when told by a woman. Kim Foxx made her position unmistakably clear when she dropped the Chicago state charges while simultaneously ensuring Robert would still be imprisoned elsewhere. Her intention was never neutrality or justice. It was conviction at all costs. That moment revealed her extreme bias and her true purpose all along.
Robert had no group, no collective, no network of people colluding with him for illegal purposes—as RICO charges explicitly require. So instead, they constructed a storyline to fit the charge, then went searching for corrupt or compromised individuals around Robert and attached their actions to him. Some of these people he barely knew. Some he didn’t know at all.
This may be shocking for those who place blind trust in the legal system. But the reality is, corruption within the judicial process is not new. It has always existed—driven by career ambition, ego, power, and individuals who lack empathy and conscience. The bias against Robert was so deep that prosecutors didn’t just ignore the real conspiracy—they became a weapon for it.
The true RICO conspirators were the ones meeting privately, plotting for years, and waiting for the perfect cultural moment. That moment came at the height of the MeToo era. They seized it. They exploited public emotion, media hysteria, and equally heartless individuals who stood to profit from Robert’s name, legacy, and downfall.
This is why we are here. This is why we are asking for investigations. And this is why the truth—no matter how uncomfortable—can no longer be buried.

A Chronological Summary of What Led to the False Conviction of Robert Sylvester Kelly
The Origins: Aaliyah and the 1990s
Robert was first accused of inappropriate conduct with underage Aaliyah in the 1990s.
At the time, Aaliyah’s uncle, Barry Hankerson, was struggling to launch her career.
Aaliyah’s cousin stated publicly that no one would work with Aaliyah unless Robert was involved.
A strategic decision was made to pair Robert with Aaliyah professionally to make her marketable.
This resulted in a manufactured media showmance at Robert’s expense, common in the 1980s and 1990s, designed purely to sell albums—not reflective of a real relationship.
Robert’s Role and Naivety
Robert was young, hero-minded, and operating under Barry Hankerson’s direction, commands, and control.
He believed he was helping a young artist succeed and had no understanding of the long-term consequences.
He did not know that Barry’s team was allegedly seeking false identification or taking illegal steps.
Robert did not benefit financially from Aaliyah’s success; Barry Hankerson did. He even signed over the music he produced for her.
What the Public Was Never Told
After the publicity ceremony, Robert and Aaliyah went to separate homes immediately.
Robert annulled the marriage almost immediately.
A BREAKDOWN OF THE ANNULLMENT TIME LINE (Aug 31, 1994) and annulment (Feb 1995):
Realistic total time in 1994
- Simple, uncontested annulments (like for underage marriage or lack of genuine relationship): roughly 1–3 months from filing to official decree.
- More complex cases with disputes, witnesses, or document issues could take longer (3–6 months).
Realistic timeline in context
| Step | Approx. Duration |
|---|---|
| Petition prep & verification | 2–4 weeks |
| Filing & scheduling | 2–6 weeks |
| Service of notice | 1–2 weeks |
| Court hearing(s) | 2–4 weeks |
| Issuance & processing | 1–2 weeks |
| Total | ~2–3 months minimum, but 4–6 months realistic for high-profile or verification-heavy cases |
This explains why the marriage in August 1994 didn’t get formally annulled until February 1995.
Additional factors in this case
Given Aaliyah and R. Kelly’s situation, several factors likely extended the timeline:
- High-profile nature — courts may have required extra verification to avoid later disputes.
- Parental and attorney involvement — coordination between family lawyers, R. Kelly’s attorneys, and the court adds time.
- Documentation verification — confirming birthdates, identity documents, and notarized affidavits, especially since there were claims of falsified ID.
- Scheduling constraints — hearings and filings around the holidays (Sept–Dec 1994) could delay proceedings.
Aaliyah’s mother has stated publicly—both before and after the documentary—that:
She and her husband were always with Aaliyah.
They never witnessed anything inappropriate between Robert and Aaliyah.
Claims made in the documentary were false.
Despite this, prosecutors later charged Robert with a heinous crime involving Aaliyah without evidence of sexual contact or a real relationship between them.
Witness Manipulation and Negligence
Robert’s manager at the time told prosecutors that Robert:
Was not involved in obtaining false ID.
Had no knowledge of it.
This manager later changed his story multiple times, expressing resentment online for being fired, Demetrius Smith.
No witnesses were properly investigated, vetted, or questioned in either jurisdiction.
The Doctored Tape and Early Extortion
Following the backlash of the showmance, Robert became the target of extortion using a doctored deep-fake tape.
The tape was allegedly orchestrated by Lisa Van Allen, a woman Robert met when she was of legal age.
She claimed abuse by another man and sought refuge with Robert.
She attempted to steal a $30,000 watch from Robert’s home and was caught.
After the relationship ended, she began extorting Robert with the tape.
Warnings Ignored
Lisa Van Allen’s ex-boyfriend publicly warned prosecutors and the media at the time.
He stated that:
Lisa plotted the tape.
Two men from Kansas were hired to play Robert.
These statements were printed but largely ignored.
He has repeated these claims consistently over the years.
The First Trial and Acquittal
Robert was charged but fought the case for seven years.
The FBI concluded it was not Robert on the tape.
The alleged child in the tape, Reshona Landfair, swore under oath it was not her.
Robert was acquitted.

What Was Hidden
Records show that Reshona Landfair:
Was recorded to be living and working in Germany from 1998 to 2000, at the ages of 13, 14, and 15. (See posts from 25 March 20025 and 15 February 2026 for full analysis and breakdown).
Was touring with her cover group 4 The Cause.
Was not recorded to be in the United States when the tape was made, and when she was 14 years old.
She was 13–15 at the time and could not have been the person in the tape.
This information is publicly verifiable.
This marked the beginning of a long-term conspiracy to frame Robert for revenge; unrequited love, jealousy, profit, and fame.
The Documentary and Rejected Advances
Years later, a documentary featured women whose advances Robert had rejected and others with whom Robert had private disputes. Intentionally excluding hundreds of accounts of positive stories about Robert. Cherry picking stories to build the narrative of a dangerous predator and abuser (opposite of Robert’s real character).
A follow-up of the documentary attempted to appease the allegations of corruption by including alternative views, but the harm had been done. Robert was already held without bond in prison on false charges, based simply on stories from the documentary. Women from the documentary were asked to make official complaints so charges could be orchestrated by Kim Foxx.
Robert was denied the right to sue the makers of the documentary by a judge in Chicago
His Facebook page “Surviving Lies.” Where he attempted to post evidence of each person’s lies was removed
One woman in the documentary:
Stalked Robert across cities for many years but never succeeded in having a relationship with Robert.
She was photographed attempting to approach him during his prior trial.
Was denied entry to an event because she was underage.
Obtained fake ID to gain access
Her own family has publicly described her delusions, erotomania, and instability concerning Robert.
She broke into Robert’s home and took photos on his bed.
She allegedly stole his T-shirt, later used as “evidence” in New York, without vetting.
Pattern of Obsession
Another woman in the documentary:
Had also been romantically rejected by Robert.
Had a prior stalking charge.
Abandoned her child to pursue proximity to Robert.
She was given work, not intimacy.
She gained access to Robert’s inner circle through employment. But also never had an intimate interaction with Robert
Common Thread Among the Women
Were of legal age.
Were infatuated.
Were rejected or abruptly ended by Robert.
Sought financial gain or revenge.
Robert has openly acknowledged dating women of legal age and difficulties managing jealousy and possessiveness from women.
Marriage, Divorce, and Retaliation
Robert admitted to infidelity in Soulacoaster.
After filing for divorce from Drea Kelly, she made a false child abuse allegation involving their daughter, Joann.
The allegation was known to have been investigated by two offices and found to be unsubstantiated.
Timing coincided with:
Divorce proceedings.
Retaliation and resentment are believed to be the motives.
Joann Kelly
Joann expressed confusion and pain in her and Robert’s song I Just Wanna Be There.
She acknowledged her mother’s hostility distorted her perception of Robert.
She later appeared with her mother publicly but has since expressed regret.
In a later documentary (Karma), her account was vague, emotional, and memory-uncertain.
Given prior investigations and her mother’s history, this aligns with:
Suggestion
Memory contamination
Coaching
Emotional enmeshment
False memory
The Fathers and Media Campaign
One father falsely claimed his daughter was Robert’s live-in girlfriend, Joycelyn Savage. Then changed the story to Robert keeping her like a hostage under his control when she never lived with Robert and was not in any type of relationship with him. Still to this day, Robert has little to do with her and has only mentioned her due to his attorney’s false representation of her as his girlfriend and then fiancée on his motions for appeal (Please see my last two posts for more on that). But still, this father continues to spread false stories about Robert’s association with her.
She was only an intern and never lived with Robert.
The father:
Spread false hostage and abuse stories online.
Became enraged after financial disputes (demands for financial support being rejected) and rejected business ideas, by Robert.
Used media like Tasha K and TMZ to blackmail and slander Robert.
Another father with a similar situation joined him out of revenge.
Coordination and Collusion
These fathers and others:
Communicated online.
Met privately.
Did press together.
Fought publicly about exposing each other.
One was caught coaching a participant of the documentary on camera.
Their goal was explicit: get Robert charged.
Legal Exploitation
Attorney Michael Avenatti boasted about setting Robert up, calling him “the golden goose.”
He was later convicted of fraud in another case and is still in prison.
Another attorney admitted knowing the women were of age and needing “another angle.”
Ignored Evidence
Supporters gathered extensive online evidence of plotting and lying.
Prosecutor Angel Krull requested this information.
Supporters sent it.
No action was taken.
Krull was quietly removed from the case.
Kim Foxx’s Involvement
After watching the documentary, Kim Foxx urged women to file complaints.
Kim Foxx stated that she worked in coordination with the parents of the women, Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage
She was running for re-election.
She had already referred to Robert as a paedophile in emails.
She met with Avenatti and received the same tape that Robert was acquitted of.
They pursued new charges based on it. They had no other evidence of anything. Just stories told by rejected women and disgruntled ex-employees, without evidence.
Media Deception
Avenatti claimed multiple tapes existed of multiple underage women with Robert, creating social bias and the presumption of guilt
The media repeated this; CNN, CBS e.g
Only one tape ever surfaced—the same acquitted tape.
The actors named were later caught online boasting it wasn’t Robert.
Attorney Misconduct
Robert’s early attorneys (excluding Mr D. Cannick):
Fought internally for power and position
Made false claims that interns were live-in girlfriends.
Never verified this with Robert.
Robert:
Has dyslexia.
Did not receive some of his motions.
Was denied bail on false associations.
Financial and Legal Entrapment
His funds were restricted.
He could not change attorneys.
Opportunists piled on with civil suits.
Robert was coerced into silence.
Ignored Warnings
I repeatedly warned judges and attorneys.
Sent faxes, dates, evidence, and requests to testify.
Identified myself clearly as his partner.
All correspondence was ignored for five years.
Azriel Clary
Misrepresented as Robert’s girlfriend by his own attorneys.
She never lived with him or had a relationship.
She stated explicitly that she tried many times to initiate intimacy, but Robert was never interested. This much after she started to intern. Prosecutors’ allegations of an underage sexual relationship were therefore false and a misrepresentation of the evidence.
After learning that Robert was in a serious relationship with me, she turned against him (only 2 days later).
She later cooperated with prosecutors, I believe, out of revenge for being embarrassed by her own belief that she was his girlfriend. Her history clearly shows that she was infatuated with Robert; those feelings were unrequited and never returned.
Robert cared for her as he did others—neither specially nor romantically, and certainly not sexually—as she wanted.
Post-Trial Deception
Even new attorneys repeated the false narrative.
Instead of correcting the record, they argued around it.
The truth—that there was no relationship—was never presented.
The Verdict
Raids found no evidence of abuse.
Conviction relied on:
Doctored tape
False testimony
Immunity deals
Threats
Piling-on narratives
Lisa Van Allen, the alleged creator of the tape with actors playing Robert, received immunity.
Her resemblance to the Reshona Landfair at the time was striking.
This is only a brief summary of what has been uncovered over time. There are many other individuals involved in this conspiracy who have not been named here, but they have been identified.
