Before reading this post, I encourage you to review our March 2025 posts detailing the tape and Reshona Landfair’s whereabouts during that time. Those posts provide a meticulous analysis of evidence that was never presented in court by either side. Many may assume that because it wasn’t mentioned in court, it was invalid or unverifiable. That assumption is entirely incorrect. Robert’s legal battles were marred by documented misconduct, conspiracy, and corruption throughout the proceedings—and even before they began.
Compounding the issue was the negligence, ineffectiveness, and possible fraud of Robert’s own attorneys from the outset. The public, largely unaware, sought only a summary of the before, during, and after. Even today, getting people to engage with the full context of how these cases were prosecuted, conducted, and finalized—including the underlying conspiracy—is nearly impossible. Public attention is overwhelmed by information, leading to selective reading and understanding.
Had extreme caution, humility, and common sense guided public engagement, we would not now be demanding full investigations from the DOJ, OIG, and civil rights divisions. Nor would we be confidently pursuing a full pardon for Robert, expecting his immediate release.
The key fact is that Robert’s cases were sabotaged from both sides—not only by prosecutors, judges, DAs, and opposing attorneys, but also by his own defense teams. This made it nearly impossible for him to win any case. Early in the proceedings, the prosecution made false claims that strangers and acquaintances were intimidating witnesses. Payments Robert made—directed by his attorneys—were misrepresented as attempts to silence witnesses, rather than standard industry practice. This deliberate distortion, combined with a biased and hostile judge, blocked Robert from using his own funds for defense, leaving him with limited options to hire proper investigators or experts.
His bond was denied, motions accused him of influencing witnesses, and these actions were part of an intentional plan to silence him completely. The public, appeased by fabricated media narratives, ignored his due process and presumption of innocence. Advocacy-driven hysteria overshadowed research, evidence, justice, and human rights.


This context explains why the evidence presented in our blog never surfaced publicly. Here, I will focus specifically on Reshona Landfair’s life between 1998 and 2000—her location, activities, and timeline. This is not the only evidence proving Robert’s innocence regarding any tape. Records clearly show he was not present on the tape, and public records of Reshona during these years, when she was 13, 14, and 15, further support this.
This summary does not include:
- Public statements from actors confirming that Robert was not on the tape.
- Robert’s acquittal after witness testimonies—including Reshona’s—supported his innocence.
- Testimony from a key witness revealing that the woman who created the doctored tape, later granted immunity, orchestrated the framing using actors from Kansas.
All of these points fully vindicate Robert.

As long as greed, deceit, mental illness, and corruption exist in this world, every public claim still needs to be properly examined through a fair and just legal process. That safeguard matters. And when that process is compromised — whether through misconduct, bias, or corruption — the truth can take years to come to light. We’ve seen how complex and flawed systems can be.
Culturally, as Australians, we don’t generally admire people who chase publicity for its own sake. Attention, in my view, should be for the promotion of art, achievement, or a genuinely worthy cause — not personal spectacle. Sensitive matters, especially serious accusations, should be handled with discretion and integrity. Reports should be made privately and through proper authorities, particularly when the person involved is high profile.
I struggle to understand the reasoning behind going straight to the media before going to law enforcement, unless there is some element of seeking attention, financial gain, or an attempt to sway public opinion and damage someone’s character. Justice be blind and should never be a performance. It should be measured, principled, and fair. So yes, if she is making her claims public, “chuck her on a lie detector!”
Regarding Reshona, this post provides a basic record of her locations and activities during the critical period, showing where she was living and working before, during, and after the tape’s alleged creation. While she may not have been in Germany full-time, her claims alone, combined with public evidence and witness testimony, contest the allegations against Robert.
We have already submitted six separate criminal complaints to the DOJ addressing misconduct, fraud, conspiracy, negligence, and corruption in Robert’s prosecutions. The information below is publicly available and can be verified with minimal research.
Ultimately, Reshona and others underestimated Robert. They did not anticipate that I would exist, and the diligence and strategy that would expose everything. This is an example of God’s justice, concealed yet powerful, working through careful planning and perseverance. I hope this clarifies the situation for anyone questioning Robert’s innocence.
Records show that Reshona’s group, 4 The Cause, was signed to RCA in Germany, Europe, and based there between 1998 and 2000, when she was approximately 13, 14, and 15. This period spans before, during, and after the alleged tape’s creation. What many may not realize is the rigorous schedule she would have maintained, keeping her nearly exclusively on European soil, particularly in Germany.
Given this timeline, allegations that Robert abused her hundreds of times should not be believed. Or the allegation that she was on the tape as a child. An intelligent and honest observer would question why she later claimed to be the girl on a tape that, according to multiple sources, was doctored for extortion and did not include Robert at all. The only plausible explanations are that she either appeared with the actors and the woman identified by our witness as the extorter without Robert present, or that she was never on the tape and her image was digitally inserted. Both scenarios point directly to conspiracy, fraud, and perjury. This forms a critical part of our case for the DOJ investigation. Either way, Robert was not on the tape with her as she claims. The evidence is pointing to her also not being on the tape, as she now alleges.
The DOJ has the authority to verify European and U.S. immigration records, school enrollment in Illinois, and her overall movements during this period. Even if records show she occasionally returned to Chicago, they cannot reconcile with her group’s demanding European schedule, particularly in 1998–1999, when she was 14 and the group was most active and successful.
I have compiled a basic schedule reflecting what 4 The Cause would have been contractually required to do and participate in during this period, along with an assessment of where Reshona most likely resided. It also details any appearances and performances that are on record, which help place her in Europe. My hope is that people will no longer ignore this evidence. The cost of overlooking this conspiracy is now being borne by the public, as the conspirators have sought fame, recognition, awards, financial support, sponsorships, book deals, and monetary gain from the public at large.
Please remember that we have all the evidence without this to fully vindicate Robert and restore his name and honour. This is just the extra.
I also want to briefly mention the possible motive and intention behind Reshona’s change of spirit and conduct since the last trial. It’s no secret, and I have spoken about how Robert, in the past, had numerous adult love affairs with grown women. I would not call them relationships, as his attorneys have broadly labeled them, but rather rendezvous. He had such encounters with Reshona — not at all while she was underage, but in her 20s.
Robert has, unfortunately, had a pattern of trying to maintain decorum and a good relationship with women from his past, but this has often caused problems. In the past, he has quickly moved forward from these situations while still keeping the women in good regard. However, the women never moved on from him, and Reshona was declaring her love for Robert even up to his New York charges. Her messages went unresponded to, and the love was not returned.

It’s easy for people who don’t know the truth to assume Robert exercised some sinister control over these women. In reality, what was happening is that many of them had their own sociopathic agendas. The rejection of his affection led to resentment and, in some cases, hatred. That, combined with their desire for undeserved fame and profit, fueled much of the conflict.
Although records for their time in Germany are incomplete, I have been able to locate some images taken in Germany for that time to add proof of their time there.

On a side note, I spotted this on Oprah Daily about her :
“Reshona Landfair was the face of 4 The Cause, a four-person musical group signed to RCA/BMG from 1994-2000. More recently, Reshona has worked in community health within the Chicago public school system and is the founder of Project Refine, a mentor program for young women.”
But there is absolutely no record of this “Project Refines” anywhere. It seems to be a group she may have made up to further sell this fraudulent book and to impersonate a charitable, kind, and compassionate person. It seems that nobody cares to do basic fact-checking on these women, and that’s the problem. They can make outlandish and even heinous claims about anyone and anything without providing a drop of proof of anything at all, and still get book deals, interviews, sponsorships, support — anything they want! It’s a sociopath’s and psychopath’s dream!
This is why these fake cases are on the rise, and it will continue as long as people neglect basic common sense and reality — the reality of criminality, fraud, and corruption; the reality of a rise in narcissism and personality disorders across the board. The reality that women lie just as much as men! Our prison systems are filled with such women. This communal mania needs to end and fast.

EXPERT IMAGE ANALYSIS
I am a digital imaging specialist, trained in photo imaging, and I previously ran my own successful photography business. Because of that background, analyzing this was straightforward for me. If I had access to the full video, I could have identified countless indicators of manipulation and further evidence showing that it was neither Robert nor Reshona in the footage. However, I worked solely from this single snapshot, and my conclusions are based on that detailed analysis.
I also need to state the obvious: my perspective comes from knowing Robert intimately. I am familiar with his skin tone, his physique, the way he moves, his facial structure, his expressions, even the texture of his skin and his hair—details that very few people would recognize unless they had a close, personal connection with him.




Compare the natural child Reshona was (who, at 15, stated under oath that this was not her on the tape) in these images at 13 and 14 years old—her darker skin tone, natural childlike mannerisms and expressions, hair, and middle part with braids throughout this period —with the person in the video.

Reshona at 14 is shown at the top. Lisa Van Allen is shown below. As a photo imaging specialist, I am very accustomed to analysing images. Pay attention to the eye socket and nose, which appear to have been very poorly doctored. It looks almost alien-like. You cannot imagine an innocent child making such robotic and superficial movements.
Based on immediate impression alone, one image bears far more similarity than the other. It would be helpful for people here to play the psychological exercise of asking themselves, “What do you immediately see?” That is when your brain functions without applied bias—when it accesses the parts programmed to quickly identify people and features for survival.
I also cannot help but notice Reshona’s skin tone at 14 years old. My mother was the one who first planted this idea in my mind. We were discussing how some Black children appear darker when they are younger, and their skin tone can become lighter with age. If this were Reshona, the video image of the person in the poorly lit room should at least match her skin tone in the image above, which was also taken in a poorly lit room. But her skin tone is clearly darker. However, it does closely match Lisa Van Allen’s image and skin tone from around 2002, even in poor lighting.
Additionally, the jawline and chin area in the video image appear slightly more pronounced than Reshona’s were at 14 years old. This would make sense if the person were a grown woman rather than a child. At 14, Reshona would still have been developing, and her face would not have been as defined—especially around the jawline. Children tend to have more rounded, less defined features.
These are my immediate assessments. I would never see this video and conclude that it was Reshona. As someone qualified in photo imaging, I would say clearly, based on this single instance, that it appears doctored.
When I watched the news clip showing the introduction of the person being handed money, my immediate reaction—without bias—was that the movements were robotic and overly performed. There were no natural movements in the face or body of the person or the man. They appeared intentionally placed. In a real adult video, movements would typically appear natural, even if performed. Only a robot would move in that way—unless someone were consciously performing.
The deliberate looking into the camera also suggested to me that it would make doctoring the face easier. In 2000–2001 and earlier, without expensive technology, it would have been very difficult to convincingly superimpose a face onto a side profile in video footage. This could explain why the movements would need to be rigid, why the person would intentionally face the camera, and why the slightly angled profile presenting as Reshona appears so distorted and almost alien-like.
This should not have even passed the sniff test for investigators. That may be why the FBI, at the last trial, could not identify it as Reshona. Please see the reference image below.


The most obvious similarity to me is the face shape of Lisa Van Allen and the image. When the images are blended together, it is almost identical. Then we look at the hair. Reshona wore her hair almost exclusively in braids with a middle part, and when it was out, it was parted down the middle.
Only in her music videos for 4 The Cause and European Performances did Reshona wear her hair out and relaxed. Even then, it was slightly longer than the hair of the person in the video in question. She also wore hats each time, so you cannot clearly see whether she had the same distinctive wave and slight side part.
However, we are looking for patterns where information is incomplete. In most of her other images, she wore braids with a natural middle part. Therefore, one would reasonably assume the same styling pattern when she wore her hair relaxed.
It is also important to note that these videos were filmed in Germany. They were not filmed in Chicago at all. The performances I mention were also all in Europe, not Chicago.
A close relative would never honestly claim that a family member was identifiable purely by their hair in a situation like this. That would be a blatant concealed lie. Even basic logic tells us that in criminal investigations — especially in cases where bodies are severely deformed — hair alone would never be sufficient for identification, particularly when the full face is visible.
One has to assume that Sparkle knew this was not her niece’s face but was searching for a feature she could later claim had been identified in error. By focusing on the hair and saying it was the same, she left herself room to later retract the statement and call it a mistake. Alternatively, she may have known the face was not recognisable as her niece and deliberately avoided saying so. Either way, she chose a feature that was easily contestable.

Ironically, Sparkle, her aunt, claimed on Surviving R. Kelly that Reshona was identifiable by her hair—so let’s identify her by that.
In conclusion, if you look at the images of Reshona’s hair from 1998 and even 1999, there is no similarity at all. During that time, she primarily wore her hair in braids with a middle part. A close relative would have known that.
Now compare that to Lisa Van Allen’s appearance around the time the tape surfaced in 2001. Compare her to the person on the tape—her skin tone, the side part with a wave, and the right and left side bangs with the distinctive wave.
Then also go and read our last post from 23 March 2025 for more clarification. A witness has claimed that Lisa Van Allen told him of her plot to frame Robert for extortion using a doctored tape with actors, naming the actors as Keith and Chuck. The actor named Keith publicly stated that it was not Robert on the tape. The actors also mention other tapes.
Reshona’s Location 1997-2000
Before I present Reshona’s tour schedule, and before anyone asks whether Robert travelled to Europe during this period, I need to make something clear. Robert did not have any tours in Europe at that time. It is also publicly known that he does not fly unless it is strictly required for touring. He has long had a deep aversion to flying and has even taken sleeping tablets on flights in order to cope with it. This is not private information; it has been widely discussed publicly.
In addition, there is no record of any appearances, performances, or tours for Reshona’s group, 4 The Cause, in the United States during that same period. These are established facts, and they highlight clear inconsistencies in the narrative.
It’s clear to me that the DOJ investigators never firmly established Reshona’s whereabouts during the timeframe of the allegations. The same applies to the other witnesses who later came forward with stories. Nor did they establish Robert’s whereabouts and movements to verify or disprove the claims being made. Had that been properly clarified and documented, it would have immediately demonstrated Robert’s innocence.
They significantly downplayed Robert’s schedule. This was someone who was known to be constantly working—recording, touring, attending meetings, and conducting interviews. During that period, his calendar would have been full to capacity.
Yet this reality was not properly reflected. There were no independent witnesses to the alleged events—only the other conspirators, some of whom were later called as witnesses.
The following tour schedule for Reshona Landfairs ’90s cover group, 4 The Cause, places Reshona living and touring in Germany and Europe between 1998 and 2000 (when she was 13, 14, and even 15 years old). This is all publicly available information that requires not even 10 minutes of focused online research. Then there are public records of Robert touring and promoting his album TP-2 from 2000, with no physical resemblance phsycially to anyone on the tape. Note that Reshona’s birthdate is 26 September 1984. So in 1997 and 1998, she would have been 13 and 14 years, then 15 between 1997 and 2000.
Also note that I have only managed to extract the information we still have about 4 The Cause from online archives and memorabilia. Much of the record of their touring and appearances has been lost over time. But there would have been more appearances and performances in Europe and maybe other parts of the world than I have noted.
I believe their schedule would have begun at least in the middle to the end of 1997, because in 1997, one would not simply release an album or song without months or weeks of preparation, rehearsing, and then recording.
So their first song would have been recorded at the end of 1997 in Germany, I estimate, when Reshona had just turned 13, and then released at the beginning of 1998, when she was 14. After that, a strict schedule of promotions, appearances, performances, marketing, and touring would have begun.
Remember that this was 1997 and 1998. We did not have social media, and public internet access was still relatively new, so there was very little online marketing. Everything largely had to take place in person.
The prosecution was intentionally vague with all of the stories. This left room to avoid questioning of timelines, inaccuracies, and inconsistencies in the witness testimonies (which were overwhelming in number). But as you can see here, even the foundation of the allegations was completely fabricated. The basic storyline—that she was on tapes at 14 in 1998, being abused by Robert starting at 14, that the abuse first occurred at 14, that it was Robert on the tapes, and that Reshona was even in the country—is all false.
I could also compile a full schedule outlining Robert’s incredible touring, promotion, and performance dates during that time, but this would take considerably more time. His schedule would have been far more heavily packed than Reshona’s cover groups. At this stage, however, I simply wanted to address the foundational false allegations made by prosecutors, Reshona, her aunt “Sparkle”, her mother, Lisa Van Allen, and any other witness.

I want to point out that Robert was touring internationally and within the U.S. from May 1999 to August 1999, which takes us up to the time Reshona was 15 years old. Records show that Reshona Landfair was in Europe continuously from ages 13 to 14, through to 16 years old. Then we have Robert touring during the middle to the later part of 1999, when Reshona Landfair was still 14, 15, turning 16. At no time do records place her in Robert’s vicinity, or even in the same country, when she was 13, 14 or 15.
Her story is not supported by public records regarding her location during this time frame, nor by witness testimony concerning the alleged doctored tape, which confirmed that Robert was not on the tape.
Even the FBI, at the last trial, concluded that Robert was not on the tape.
